Brilliant Buffet

The steak was tender, the pasta al dente, the tartlets melted in the mouth and the bread was freshly baked. This was Stott’s Colleges buffet lunch held in our own kitchen in our own, soon to be opened, restaurant on world famous Lygon St and hosted totally by the Cert 3 Hospitality students.

As the culmination of their studies, the students under chef Binu Varkey cooked, presented and served three full courses to a select group of lucky Stotts dignitaries including two Boards Directors, Directors of Academic Programs General managers, teachers and administrative staff.

It was delicious, professional and a worthy tribute to students who will soon be qualified to work as cooks in kitchens around Australia or overseas.

Many congratulations to these successful Stotts students now successfully moving on to further Diploma of Hospitality study.
