Sven has been in education for over 20 years. After he graduated with a Masters in Science (Business) from Abo Akademi, a university in Finland, Sven started his career teaching IT and Management in a Business College In the mid 1990s Sven accepted a Lecturer position in a Business Polytechnic. Amongst other duties in the Polytechnic Sven worked as the Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Business programs and implemented the online learning environment for the campus.

Warwick worked in the IT industry for over 30 years as a programmer, analyst, consultant and manager.
